Malangou Seyadou is a transport executive with over 23 years of experience in metro operations, first in Paris, and following this, 5 years in Riyadh. After helping modernize and operate automated metro lines in Paris, including Lines 1 and 14, he moved to Riyadh in 2021 to take part in one of the most exciting projects of his career: the mobilisation and launch of Riyadh Metro Lines 1 and 2.

From the beginning, he focused on bringing the values and expertise of the RATP Group to Riyadh, a strong safety culture, care for passengers, teamwork, and the constant desire to improve. He helped transfer the knowledge and experience built over decades in Paris to a new and fast-growing team in Riyadh, adapting proven methods to the local context.

The launch of Lines 1 and 2 became a remarkable success, reaching 100 million passengers in only eight months. This achievement was the result of collective effort, daily problem-solving, and the shared goal of offering a reliable and welcoming service to the people of Riyadh.

In 2025, he was appointed General Manager of CAMCO. Today, his mission remains simple: keep raising the standards of service, safety, and performance, while supporting the teams who run the metro every day. He believes that public transport can change a city and improve everyday life and that by learning, improving, and working together, the Riyadh Metro can continue to grow and better serve its passengers.
