Sonia Alejandra Domínguez is a University Technician in Information Networks and Telecommunications, and currently serves as the Head of Modernization and Internationalization for the Municipality of Despeñaderos, in Córdoba, Argentina. Her career combines experience in public administration, innovation, and institutional coordination.

She began her professional path in the Private Office of Lotería de Córdoba, where she gained experience in administrative management and operational coordination. She then worked in the Private Office of the Ministry of Government and Security, strengthening her skills in organization, inter-institutional work, and strategic support in high-demand environments. Later, she joined the Private Office of the Ministry of Social Development and subsequently the Secretariat of Equity, where she collaborated on provincial programs related to Early Childhood Centers, care policies, and various initiatives aimed at supporting women and families.

For the past five years, she has been part of the Municipality of Despeñaderos, leading processes of modernization, digital transformation, and international engagement. Her work focuses on driving public innovation, strengthening data management, promoting citizen participation, and building alliances with national and international organizations to enhance local development.
