Uduak-Joe Ntuk is a Senior Director of Sustainability at the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority where he is responsible for implementing LA Metro’s 2025 Energy Master Plan, managing distributed energy resources, building automation systems, EV charging network expansion, and the energy finance program. A nationally recognized energy and environmental expert, he previously served as the California State Oil and Gas Supervisor and Petroleum Administrator for the City of Los Angeles. Ntuk earned his Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California, Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Long Beach City College.
