Prior to his current position, he has held leadership roles in consulting and sustainability-focused organizations, including KPMG, Deloitte and Motiva.His work is characterized by systems thinking and a strong ability to translate strategy into practical execution. Silfver is motivated by work that delivers measurable societal impact and believes in inclusive, trust-based leadership.Silfver holds a Master of Science in Engineering and an Executive MBA.
