Vyki Englert is a Managing Partner and Founder of Compiler, a software consultancy dedicated to building open-source, human-centered, secure, and agile solutions to support the delivery of government services that increase equity of opportunity. Through Compiler her work has included serving as an ambassador for the state’s open data program, developing web applications for clients such as City of Los Angeles, State of California Health and Human Services, and the California Community Foundation, and hosting the popular Data and Donuts and School of Data events in Los Angeles. She currently serves on the board of Green Info Network. Previously she served as a member of Code for America’s National Advisory Council, and as an advisor to govtech startup CityGrows.
