Ahmad Sidat's career spans business and sports management. He has previously served as Director of Corporate Relations at Artes Gráficas Lda; Managing Partner of Académica Lda and Sidat Sport; General Director of Rex Comunicações; Deputy Director of Diário de Moçambique; Deputy General Director of Hotel Lúrio; and partner of SABER University in Nacala and Beira.

In sports management, he was Sports Director of Maxaquene and Ferroviário de Maputo, an independent FIFA agent, Marketing Board Member of the Mozambique Olympic Committee, and President of the Mozambique Athletics Federation.

Ahmad's academic and professional development includes studies in Economics at Eduardo Mondlane University (1994), a FIFA Sports Agent/Manager training course (1998), training in social-inclusion project management in Brazil, and federation management training in Morocco. He also served as President of the Mozambique Athletics Federation. Ahmad completed a second Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at ISCIM in 2021 and a Master’s degree in Business Management at ISCIM in 2023.
