Justin Arkin is the Director of Business Development, North American Services at Alstom, where he leads the company’s services commercial growth strategy across the U.S. and Canada. His railway career began in 1996 as a freight service conductor at BNSF and progressed through a range of freight and passenger rail management roles with Amtrak and CN Rail. In 2007, he transitioned into business development with GE Capital and has since held senior commercial leadership roles with GE Transportation and Alstom. Across these roles, he has leveraged three decades of industry experience to support the development and introduction of multiple industry‑first rail technologies serving freight, commuter, and transit markets. Justin brings a practical, customer‑focused perspective to advancing rail solutions at scale.
