With more than 25 years of experience, Ana has helped shape the County’s emerging technology strategy and guided organizational evolution to elevate the customer experience and strengthen core public services.She advances priorities aligned with the WISE 305 vision, overseeing countywide AI policy, governance, workforce upskilling, and digital literacy initiatives, as well as use case development and process optimization that deliver measurable efficiencies.
