Brianne is a civil engineer with over 11 years of experience, currently serving as a Principal Project Manager at Mott MacDonald. She excels in leading transportation planning and design programs, focusing on design management, conceptual design studies, and feasibility studies. For the past six years, Brianne has specialized in zero emission technologies for passenger rail and bus operations, supporting transportation agencies across the US and globally to decarbonize their fleet.

Her expertise lies in the planning and implementation of hydrogen fuel cell and battery electric propulsion vehicles and their supporting infrastructure. Notably, Brianne was a leader in the implementation of the first hydrogen fuel cell passenger rail vehicle in the US, supporting San Bernardino County Transportation Authority in California. She managed the design of the hydrogen fueling and maintenance facilities, ensuring safe operations, as well as led a comprehensive hazard analysis and computational fluid dynamic modeling for hydrogen to guide the retrofit design for the maintenance facility.

Brianne is also currently supporting hydrogen vehicle programs for San Joaquin Regional Rail, Caltrans, and the City of Calgary. Brianne's well-established relationships with hydrogen suppliers, OEMs, and advocacy groups contribute to her success in advancing zero emission programs.Brianne's transportation portfolio includes planning and design management, procurement, risk analyses, cost-benefit analyses, construction oversight, and vehicle testing and commissioning. She is known for her excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and has extensive experience working directly with clients, key stakeholders, and third parties.
