Christian is passionate about blue & green innovation and has 20 years of experience building innovation ecosystems and scaling infrastructure-linked technologies across EMEA. As co-founder at Turquois X, he accelerates the development of sustainable ocean, maritime, and energy solutions, driving the commercialization of blue-green technologies through global partnerships and a dedicated Ocean Hub on Lanzarote, Canary Islands. He is also founding partner of Turquois Ocean, Spain’s first dedicated oceantech early stage growth VC fund.Christian previously served as Head of Future Mobility at NEOM, pioneering next-generation mobility solutions. He oversaw the Water Mobility and Advanced Air Mobility initiatives, spearheading multi-modal transport and strategic partnerships for sustainable urban mobility. Earlier, Christian guided strategic projects with LSE Enterprise, the consulting arm of the London School of Economics and Political Science.
