
Dillon Fried
Dillon Fried is the Mobility and Curbside Manager for the City of Minneapolis, where he leads the city’s strategy for integrating emerging technologies into transportation and curbside management. In this role, he oversees innovative initiatives designed to modernize how cities manage the curb, including Minneapolis’s USDOT SMART Grant–funded curb management project focused on building digital curb infrastructure to support dynamic, data-driven use of the public right-of-way.With more than two decades of experience in transportation and urban mobility, Dillon has worked at the intersection of policy, technology, and operations to help cities adapt to rapidly changing transportation systems. His work centers on preparing municipal infrastructure for new mobility services, improving curb access and efficiency, and ensuring public space supports evolving transportation needs.Dillon frequently collaborates with public agencies, technology partners, and industry leaders to pilot forward-looking mobility solutions and advance practical approaches to digital curb management in cities.
