With over 30 years of experience in decision economics, public-private partnerships, and infrastructure development, Dr Bekka combines deep economic insight with practical, results‑driven leadership. His global career spans the United States, Canada and the Middle East, offering unique perspectives on navigating complex infrastructure challenges across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes. For the past 12 years, Dr. Bekka has been based in the Middle East, leading key regional projects involving road, rail, public transport, maritime, and aviation projects that integrate technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver impactful outcomes. He has collaborated with key agencies at the national, regional, and local levels in Saudi Arabia as well as other GCC countries helping address critical infrastructure challenges and shape future development strategies.
