Emerging Technology growth Manager with over 19 years of Public Sector, Strategic Operation, Sales & Customer Success Management Experience.

Grace began her career at Verizon, planning and owning the product now know nationally as Verizon FiOS. After 14 years leading the FiOS product, she was selected to lead the emerging technology Smart Cities vertical, and was responsible for bringing the initial Smart City product set to market.  Grace later joined Lacuna Technologies, Inc, and was part of the initial team who created LA’s Urban Movement Lab (UML). She was also a key leader in LA’s efforts to bring the opensource spec of Mobility Data Specification (MDS) to the Open Mobility Foundation (OMF) and was primary voice for the visibility tool for MDS which brought the idea of the Digital Twin to reality for the primary use case of regulating the public ROW in real time.

She now is proud to be a part of US Bank Merchant Payment Services leading the Public Sector, Mass Transit, and Higher education vertical and is focused on the newly launched Open Loop payment options for Mass Transit.

Grace’s passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is apparent with her work implementing sustainable technology. Grace has lived in FL, NJ, TX, and CA, and is Happily Married with 3 children, 3 dogs, and 3 cats.Grace holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering.
