Ms. Haydee López has extensive experience in sustainable mobility and comprehensive management of rail transport systems. She leads the Cuenca Tram, Ecuador's first electric rail system, consolidating it as a national benchmark in sustainable, safe, and smart mobility.

She has a university degree in Industry 4.0, IoT, and Systems Management, as well as a specialization in rail systems. She has extensive experience in fleet management, rail maintenance, operational safety, and the administration of technological subsystems such as SCADA, SAE, TETRA, SLT, rail signaling, and fleet planning.

She has promoted strategies aimed at operational efficiency, interoperability with urban transport, process modernization, and continuous service improvement.
