
Helmut Scholze
Helmut Scholze is a Senior Partner at Kearney’s Middle East office, where he leads the firm’s Mobility & Infrastructure Practice and is a co-founder of the Kearney Advanced Mobility Institute.
He joined Kearney in 2018, following more than 17 years of experience as a lawyer and management consultant across Europe and the Middle East.
Helmut advises some of the region’s most prominent leaders in the mobility, logistics, real estate, and infrastructure sectors, guiding them on strategic growth, large-scale transformation, and investment initiatives.
His recent work has focused on supporting the development of major real estate megaprojects, including the creation of commercially successful masterplans, the design of integrated mobility systems, and the implementation of technology-driven infrastructure platforms.
Throughout his career, Helmut has played a key role in shaping the transportation and infrastructure landscape of the Gulf region, contributing to both public and private sector projects that drive urban innovation and sustainable economic development.
In addition to his consulting work, Helmut is actively engaged in Dubai’s start-up ecosystem, serving as an investor and advisor to several emerging ventures in the mobility and technology spaces.Helmut studied law at the Universities of Munich, Paris II, and UC Berkeley, and holds a German Master of Laws, a Master of Laws in European and International Commercial Law, and a French Bachelor of Laws. He is a qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany.
