Josh Johnson leads public policy and government relations for the West region of Lyft Urban Solutions, as well as its Federal policy portfolio. Prior to Lyft, Josh was a Senior Public Policy Manager for Spin, where he led data policy, research, and federal policy efforts.  Before joining Spin, Josh served as the Advanced Mobility Manager for the City of Minneapolis, where he led the development and implementation of mobility pilots and projects including mobility data, mobility hubs, EV carshare, shared scooters, and dockless and electric bikeshare. Additionally, Josh has served as Vice-Chair of ITS America’s Mobility On Demand Committee, co-chair of the Open Mobility Foundation’s Privacy Committee, and as a member of NABSA’s Research & Data and Policy Committees.
