Josh Martiesian leads Visa Inc.'s Urban Mobility and Transit initiatives in North America, focusing on partnerships with cities, mobility providers, and enablement partners to advance public transport, EV charging, and digital mobility payment solutions. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors, Josh has introduced emerging payment technologies and enhanced customer experiences in the mobility industry.

Prior to joining Visa, Josh managed various aspects of the digital payments environment and strategy at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. He also implemented contactless transit payments for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and, as a consultant, supported numerous transit agencies in the U.S. and Canada with next-generation contactless and mobile payment strategies.
