She recently served as Director of Transportation for the New York New Jersey FIFA World Cup 26 Host Committee, where she led regional mobility planning and coordination across transportation agencies, venue operators, public safety partners, and government stakeholders for the largest FIFA World Cup in history.A Senior Consultant with Arup, Kaitlin specializes in operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and translating strategy into practical, real-world operations. Her experience spans major international events, transportation systems, and public sector projects, including leadership roles supporting Delta's LAX Terminal Modernization, PDX's Redevelopment Program, the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, the FIFA World Cup 26 host city initiatives.Known for her collaborative approach and systems-thinking mindset, Kaitlin is passionate about building partnerships that enable complex plans to succeed in practice.
