Mei Wang oversees the mobile source incentive programs, the development, demonstration and commercialization of cleaner technologies and supporting infrastructure.  Mei has over 25 years of diverse experience in stationary emission testing and control technologies, incentive programs, and off-road equipment technology development and demonstration projects, including ocean-going vessels, locomotives and cargo handling equipment.   Mei has a master's degree in Environmental Science and a bachelor's degree in Textile/Fiber and Composite Materials Engineering.
