Mike has worked in the aerial ropeway, mountain resort, and hospitality industries for over 30 years, and is passionate about operational excellence and guest experiences. His focus on the efficient operation of the product and understanding of the operator’s perspective brings value to Leitner-Poma ropeway projects. In 8 years at Leitner-Poma (LPOA) Mike has focused on development of personal customer connections and ensuring LPOA projects deliver for those who operate and ride the installations. As Director of Sales Mike is focused on expanding the reach of the company beyond the mountain resort industry and has been a part of a wide range of projects including tourism projects at Legoland, NY, Riverbanks Zoo & Gardens in Columbia, SC, as well as working with the LPOA team on the Roosevelt Island tram operations and maintenance contract.
