Syed Hamdan is an urban strategist and real estate advisor specializing in development strategies that bridge the intersection of real estate, urban strategies and socio-economic transformation. His experience spans Saudi Arabia, the GCC, India, and international markets, where he has contributed to large-scale mixed-use, regeneration, and transformation projects.
He has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders across the Kingdom, including Ministries, Royal Commissions, development authorities, major developers contributing to national frameworks, regeneration policies, and strategic initiatives that align urban development with institutional real estate priorities. He has led and facilitated workshops at international platforms such as UNCCD COP16 and MENA Climate Week.
At KW Prime, Syed leads the Consulting Department, steering the firm’s strategic advisory practice with a focus on market intelligence, financial feasibility, and sustainable urban development.
