
Anna Kelly
Anna Kelly is the Senior Policy Advisor for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Parking at the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Multimodal Planning. In this role, she manages the City’s strategy to expand publicly available EV charging infrastructure as part of an equitable EV transition. Anna has previously worked as a business management consultant for the National Park Service, where she created a policy roadmap for the agency to navigate EV charging infrastructure. She brings a background in policy and politics with experience working for the U.S. Senate and as a campaign manager for a Colorado State House Race.
She holds a BA in political science from Colorado College and a Master’s in Public Policy, as well as a Certificate in Sustainability, from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
