Dr. Meshal Almoshaogeh is the former Dean of the College of Engineering at Qassim University and a distinguished leader in higher education and transportation engineering. He holds both M.Sc. (2014) and Ph.D. (2017) degrees in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Transportation Engineering, from the University of Central Florida, USA.With a strong background in academic leadership, strategic planning, and quality assurance, Dr. Almoshaogeh has led transformative initiatives at Qassim University. Under his leadership, all undergraduate engineering programs achieved full national and international accreditation—ABET (2022) and NCAAA (2023). His leadership contributed to the college’s recognition as one of the top engineering institutions within Qassim University and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.During his tenure, the college experienced remarkable growth in research output, external funding, student engagement, graduate employment, and community service. Research productivity increased fivefold, and the college received four awards for excellence in community and non-academic activities.
